How can I get more details about the items?

Please contact us at sales@designerstyles.com.au first for any questions. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and we take great care of our customers.

 

Payments 

 

1. What payment options do you provide?

We accept Paypal (Visa, MasterCard), Bank deposit.

 

If you make your purchase by bank deposit, please enter your name or order number with your payment as reference. Delay's may occur if no reference is left until further confirmation is received from buyer as we are unable to identify a transaction without any reference. 

2. How long do I have to pay for an item?

Payment should be made within 7 days from the order placed. If you require an extension please contact us and in most circumstances we are able to accommodate your request. Please be advised that your order will be cancelled without any notification if no payment or response is received. 

3. I have made the payment, when can I get the item?

Orders are posted, with only a few exceptions, within 1 - 2 working days of the date payment cleared. Please allow 3 working days for Bank Deposit payment clearance.

 

 

4. I have not received my order, even though payment was made a few days ago?

To avoid delays, please enter Last six digit of your Order Number with your payment as reference. Delay's may occur if no order number left as reference until further confirmation is received from buyer as we are unable to identify a transaction without any reference.

 

 

Postage

 

1. Which carrier do you use to ship your parcels?

For Australia buyers, we use Australia Post (Regular/Registered/Express post).

 

All goods posted from us will be sent via regular post, or express post. However, we assume no liability for the postal late delivery or goods damaged or missing during the transportation. We will assist to track the parcel in case such situation should happen.

 

 

Customer Satisfaction

 

1. If I am not satisfied with the item I received, can I get a refund?

Yes we are happy to give full refund of item price (excluding postage) if we are contacted within 7 days.
